To ensure you receive the best possible product, we operate on a pre-order basis and do not hold inventory. Here’s how it works:
- Order Collection Period: We gather orders over a span of 2-3 weeks. During this period, you can place your orders, and we collect all requests to start production in batches.
- Material Sourcing: After the order collection period ends, we begin sourcing the materials required to fulfill all collected orders. This ensures that we use only the best materials for our products. Material sourcing typically takes a few days to a week, depending on supplier availability.
- Production Time: Once we have received all necessary materials, we start the production process. Our skilled team takes approximately 1-2 weeks to craft and prepare your shirts for shipping. During this time, we ensure that each product is made with attention to detail and quality.
- Quality Check: After production, each shirt undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our standards. This step is crucial to guarantee you receive a perfect product.
- Shipping Preparations: Once the quality check is completed, we carefully package your order for shipment. This step ensures that your products are safely and securely packed for transit.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer a flat rate for economy shipping within the United States:
- Economy Shipping: 3-7 business days - $5.90 flat fee
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses ONLY within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages
PicklemonUSA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may not be shipped to certain destinations within the United States due to regional restrictions, local laws, or shipping carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship to your address, you will be notified during the checkout process.
7. Return Policy
